Superbly located for beach and walking holidays all year round, this contemporary townhouse is set close to the coast road on the edge of Newquay town centre and is just a few minutes walk to a choice of beaches, bars, restaurants and shops. Parking in your own space right outside, why not leave your car parked up for your holiday as everything you will need is on hand. Whether it is the superb beaches where one just rolls into the other, the zoo and indoor swimming pool complex or just enjoying all this leading holiday resort has to offer the choice is yours.
The property is set over three floors with the ground floor taken up by the open plan living room with kitchen, dining and sitting areas which lead out onto the patio and lawned enclosed garden. There are three bedrooms here with the twin and double along with the bathroom on the first floor and the master double benefiting from en suite facilities on the second floor. A beautifully furnished house offering comfortable accommodation in a great seaside location to be enjoyed all year round.
Newquay boasts three major beaches, the National Surf Centre and an endless supply of rolling surf, making it a watersports paradise. There is also a zoo, sea life centre and varied selection of shops, pubs and restaurants. There is plenty of walking opportunities among hidden coves and along endless beaches.Visit the fishing village of Padstow 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants and cobbled streets can be reached within 45 minutes.

We couldn't fault the property and Denise the Housekeeper is only a phone call away should any issues arise. We appreciate our early check-in so many thanks to Denise for that. The townhouse is well furnished and in a great location. A new sofa has just been installed in the living area which was very comfortable. Everyone also had a great night's sleep in the beds. The En suite on the top floor where I stayed is very nice. You are a minute's walk away from Newquay Tolcarne beach, just one of many sheltered beaches Newquay has to offer and the town centre is just a little further. Nice secure dog friendly rear garden also. Loved our stay at Ocean heights and we will definitely return.

This is the second time we have stayed there and do feel that it perhaps needs little bit of TLC some of the walls could do with being painted. It is an amazing property in an excellent location. Just think it has got but grubby since the last time we were there. It's also a bit mis-leading that u advertise as pet-friendly then on arrival day we were advised our dog had to stay downstairs (not problem) but could have been.
