Bayview is a beautifully presented three‑bedroom holiday cottage in Tregurrian, just a ten‑minute stroll from the golden sands of Watergate Bay, one of Cornwall’s most iconic surfing beaches. With sea views, modern comfort and a prime coastal location close to Newquay and Padstow, it’s the perfect base for families, couples and friends.
The open‑plan living area features a cosy sitting space with Smart TV, Blu‑ray DVD and an electric fire, alongside a bright dining area ideal for relaxed meals. Exceptional cottage which is very well equipped - like a home from home. Excellent communication from the owners prior to our arrival. We stayed with two dogs and the enclosed garden was perfect for them. Only a 5 minute car ride to Watergate Bay. One thing to note is there is only parking for one car, wasnât a huge issue for us this time of year (December) as the car park is free in Watergate Bay.

The cottage is very clean and the cream tea and milk on arrival is a nice touch.Watergate Bay is a short walk 15mins but it is a typical Cornish narrow road. Heather and Mike are extremely helpful and considerate, thankyou for the use of your property.

The track at the back of the property had a bit of a problem with dog poo, my husband cleared three lots up one morning, which wasn't there the previous evening so could have been left by someone walking their dogs maybe early in the morning, impossible to say as we didn't see, fortunately no more appeared. A sign at the start of the track might be a good idea, it is annoying, I have both horses and dogs and appreciate no-one likes clearing up after someone else's animals.
