Set on the beautiful Pentire Headland in Newquay, Headland View is an elegant property with sea views and plenty of space for that group escape. The house was built on duchy land under the supervision of Prince Charles and the Duchy of Cornwall, reflecting the theme of a Cornish fishing village.
On arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a luxury hamper of local Cornish produce from a nearby farm shop, worth £45 – the perfect introduction to the region’s rich flavours and warm hospitality.
Inside, the property features solid oak flooring throughout and has been tastefully designed and finished using high-quality furnishings to reflect the colours of the sea whilst retaining the charm of a fisherman’s cottage. The bedrooms have been dressed with Egyptian cotton bedding for another touch of luxury. The stunning conservatory/dining room is a wonderful space for use in all weather and has bi-folding doors leading to the patio and a luxury elevated hot tub with sea views.
Outside, the spacious, enclosed gardens and sun deck surround the cottage, offering space to sunbathe and dine al fresco, using the Jamie Oliver swing barbecue, with sea views creating the perfect backdrop. From the gardens, you can take in the relaxing sounds of the sea lapping against the exposed coastline, and enjoy views over the sea. If you’re in need of a little indulgence, the luxury hot tub will be a welcome sight when you step outside.
With the legendary Fistral Beach just 500 metres away, you’ll be from the front door to the sand within minutes, so you’ll be able to carry your surfboards, picnics or whatever you need for that day on the beach without needing to take the car. The Harbour Beach is just 1.3km away.

Nice comfortable house with a great shared space (Orangery) and a nice garden. Located well for Fistrall beach and a good place to explore Cornwall.House well equipped. No issues with anything at all really other than the floorboards are pretty creaky upstairs so noisy if moving around at nightA little in the pricey side as kitchen and bedrooms are quite small for a large group
