Set on the beautiful Pentire Headland in Newquay, Headland View is an elegant property with sea views and plenty of space for that group escape. The house was built on duchy land under the supervision of Prince Charles and the Duchy of Cornwall, reflecting the theme of a Cornish fishing village.
On arrival, you’ll be welcomed with a luxury hamper of local Cornish produce from a nearby farm shop, worth £45 – the perfect introduction to the region’s rich flavours and warm hospitality.
Inside, the property features solid oak flooring throughout and has been tastefully designed and finished using high-quality furnishings to reflect the colours of the sea whilst retaining the charm of a fisherman’s cottage. The bedrooms have been dressed with Egyptian cotton bedding for another touch of luxury. The stunning conservatory/dining room is a wonderful space for use in all weather and has bi-folding doors leading to the patio and a luxury elevated hot tub with sea views.
Outside, the spacious, enclosed gardens and sun deck surround the cottage, offering space to sunbathe and dine al fresco, using the Jamie Oliver swing barbecue, with sea views creating the perfect backdrop. From the gardens, you can take in the relaxing sounds of the sea lapping against the exposed coastline, and enjoy views over the sea. If you’re in need of a little indulgence, the luxury hot tub will be a welcome sight when you step outside.
With the legendary Fistral Beach just 500 metres away, you’ll be from the front door to the sand within minutes, so you’ll be able to carry your surfboards, picnics or whatever you need for that day on the beach without needing to take the car. The Harbour Beach is just 1.3km away.
Whilst you’re in the area, why not enjoy a round at one of the finest links courses in the southwest, Newquay Golf Course? For a special foodie treat, head to one of the exclusive restaurants in the area and indulge in some of the finest decadent delights the Southwest has to offer.

GREAT LOCATION WITH EASY ACCESS TO ALL AMENITIES AND ROADS TO EXPLORE OTHER LOCATIONS/SIGHTS.HEADLANDS VIEW IS PERFECTLY LOCATED. I WOULD DEFINITELY LOOK AT STAYING IN THE PROPERTY AGAIN WHICH IS CLEAN AND WELL EQUIPPED. GARDEN FURNITURE NEEDS A BIT IF TLC AS IT WAS LOOKING A BIT MORE SHABBY THAN CHIC. WE HAD A GREAT TIME AND WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND

This was our 2nd stay at Headland views and it didn't disappoint.The house is fabulous and garden and hot tub area make it extra special.The whole of Newquay from Lusty Glaze Beach to Pentire Head and Trenance is a walk away ( sometimes a long walk but easy if you're fit) or minutes away by car. The house has 2 parking spaces and e chargers which is especially helpful.We've already booked for next year and are already looking forward to It.I highly recommend this house.

Great house with several places to sit which was good if it was grey outside or someone wanted to watch something else on tv. Well equipped kitchen with a nespresso coffee machine with separate utility room. Great outdoor space with seating looking out to sea or a larger table for meals. There is not a lot of shade outside. The hot tub was great and cleaned twice a week. Garden well kept to. Rooms are compact two have wardrobes the others just draws. Lovely linen and all nicely presented and clean. The showers were good although for some reason the shower in the main bathroom smelt of sulphur. We mentioned this but nothing happened.The cleaners arrived at the end were kind and helpful. You have to remove every bin into black bin bags or into recycling at the end to.Would definitely recommend - as a group of 7 it worked well and the closeness to the beach and Newquay all walking distance was so useful.
