Quay House could arguably be one of the finest three bedroom holiday properties in North Cornwall. Combining an enviable position directly on Porth Beach and a superior interior, the house offers everything you would expect from a luxury holiday home.
Quay House is part of the Seashore development, a luxury conversion of a large Victorian house. This exclusive location has its own steps down to the beach as well as two allocated parking spaces. There are two steps up to the front door as well as a ramp.
A welcome pack including tea, coffee and a bottle of wine is provided for guests on arrival.
Newquay town centre and harbour is a 15 to 20 minute walk along the scenic coastal path from Porth Beach.

This was our 3rd stay at this fantastic property. The location is absolutely perfect for the beach with excellent views from the house. Good parking on site. Whilst there is no shop for supplies in Porth there is a Tesco express 10 minutes away along the cliff path and Newquay is a 20-25 minute stroll or short car ride.Our only negative this time was the drying function on the washing machine didn't work and with 3 children 5 and under this was a challenge. Having said that the property manager was helpful and could not have been nicer and did arrange for this to be rectified for the next visitors.We would thoroughly recommend and I am sure we will be coming back.

Just ended a wonderful week at Quay House. It's perfectly positioned at the edge of the beach, with a cafe just 2 minutes away and a bar restaurant 4 minutes away. Newquay is very close by for any shopping and it's stunning beach. Porth is perfectly positioned to base yourself for exploring north or south along the coastline. The house itself is immaculate, very comfortable with all you will need for a perfect holiday.
