The caravan offers two bedrooms, a double with a walk-in wardrobe, dressing table and mirror, and a twin room with handy storage. There’s also a pull-out sofa bed in the lounge for extra guests and space for a travel cot if needed. The bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, basin, WC and heated towel rail, while bed linen and towels are included for the main bedrooms. Outside, a generous grassy area sits beside the caravan, perfect for children to play or for dogs to stretch their legs, and parking is conveniently located nearby. On-site, the resort offers something for everyone, from indoor and outdoor swimming pools to a clubhouse, play areas, shop and seasonal entertainment.

For avid walkers, the South West Coast Path passes in both directions along a stunning coastline of high cliffs, hidden coves and yet more beaches. The quaint harbour and fishing village of Padstow is just 14 miles away, while Truro, with its museums, cathedral, restaurants, and cobbled streets, as well as the Eden Project, can be reached within a short drive. Picturesque St Ives and the Tate St Ives gallery is just a train ride away. In fact, because nothing in Cornwall is far from Newquay, it’s the perfect touring base.
