Sea Views and Comfort Stayed at 28 Rocklands and had a lovely time. The apartment is clean and has everything you would ever need. The sea view upon entry is stunning and we spent many an hour sat looking out to sea. Having parking is a real bonus as we ended up parking the car and not using it again. It was fantastic to look out of the window to see when the tide is out and then go for a lovely beach walk. You can actually walk all the way to the harbour or in the other direction we even managed Porth beach on a very low tide, with lovely winter beaches being empty. Lovely apartment, very comfortable, great central location with plenty to see, do and eat.

Second time returning to this apartment and is starting to feel like a home from home. Last visit was in high season and the view out the window of the blue sea in the height of summer is amazing, but this time we decided to stay out of season and do some touring given that the apartment is in such a great spot. We visited several fishing villages from Padstow to Mevagissey and even managed a drive down to St Michael's Mount one day and we loved the warmth and comfort of returning back to the apartment after a day of exploring. The place has underfloor heating which does take a few hours to get going if its been fully off for a while but it certainly managed to keep up toasty, and the bath was like a sauna, lovely

This is the second time we have stayed in this beautiful apartment. There is nothing that we can fault about it. Everything you need, even down to the silly small things that are often forgotten I.e. tin opener, corkscrew. Itâs comfortable & for time of year ..warm. The views are stunning.
