About this property
Thoughtfully designed to offer families and groups of friends a fabulously care-free stay, the house is comfortable, contemporary and amply equipped. On the ground floor you’ll find a light-filled lounge and dining room, a modern kitchen which leads outside to the terrace, and a cloakroom. Upstairs there are four double bedrooms, one with its own en-suite and one with sea views. Two of the bedrooms offer flexible sleeping which means that guests can tailor the rooms to suit their needs. Outside there’s a raised decked terrace with sea views, and outdoor furniture for fresh air relaxation. The garden below has sun loungers and a playhouse so both adults and children can enjoy the sunshine.
The kitchen is fully equipped, making cooking a delight, however, for those who prefer dining out, excellent restaurants such as The Harbour Fish and Grill and The Bottle are just a short 10-minute stroll away.
Newquay is synonymous with seaside living, and its beautiful beaches are easily accessible. Fistral and Great Western Beaches are only a three-minute drive or a 15-minute walk from the house, while the family-friendly Porth Beach is just 15 minutes away by car.
