We booked this house due to a wedding at lusty glaze beach. Perfect location and literally 2 minute walk to the steps down to lusty glaze beach. The house is very spacious and genuinely had everything we needed as a family of 5 (4 adults, 1 child built like an adult) The washing machine and tumble dryer was well needed after trips to the beach and with how hot it was the only thing we missed was a fan as upstairs was so hot. Had all the small things you need while on holiday for a wedding such as iron and ironing board, hair dryer and plenty of towels too. Beds were made up on arrival and house was generally clean and tidy too. Kitchen really is fully equipped, even down to a pizza tray! There were a few negative details however and after reading other reviews they are the same; The bathroom with the 2 single beds floods when having a shower so we didn’t use this bathroom after the first day. Downstairs outside area has broken furniture which could easily be removed. The downstairs smells damp (assuming it’s to do with the shower flooding. The house didn’t appear to have been cleaned properly - such as there were human hairs attach the cutlery, outside table was absolutely filthy, cobwebs everywhere and windows thick with grime. We understand it’s next to the beaches so know it won’t stay clean but this wasn’t a days worth of dirt. Random bits of toys were shoved into all different draws aswell as lots of random wires and old wifi boxes just left in draws which is a little odd for a holiday rental. The parking spaces are really frustrating and we found people parking in our space multiple times, we were very lucky for it to happen when the people were still in the cars! And we had no idea what to do if we couldn’t get in our space. Overall I personally would recommend this house, very spacious and very close to all amenities. Our children 19,17 and 12 really enjoyed themselves too the beaches are beautiful. Just a few little bits that need to be fixed up and it’s such easy things too.

The apartment was spacious but could do with being modernised internally. It was handy to have three bathrooms with the family. The external furniture could do with upgrading as this had a broken seat out the front. The location is great and within walking distance to the amenities.
