Newquay with its surfing beaches, 3 miles. Truro and Padstow are close by. Watergate Bay is 5 miles. Sea fishing, horse riding and go karting nearby. Shop ½ mile, pub ⅓ mile.

Reasonable accommodation, in a fabulous location, I had some confusion with the security deposit charge ( it saying it was included with no outstanding balance, on payment details) the owner contacted me which led me to check with you. Cleared up with yourselves, but the owners correspondence was not very friendly. It might help if in future if on the balance it stated not included and to be paid direct to owner. I only ever check arrival details and directions a few days before travel, so missed the full details below balance until then. ( the owners correspondence expected payment before then) only ever been asked for a security deposit once before, in many years of booking with yourselves.
