Guests appreciate the well-equipped facilities and the property's suitability as a holiday base. While some minor maintenance issues are noted, the overall sentiment is positive, with many guests expressing a desire to return.
The property consistently receives compliments for its cleanliness, with multiple reviews highlighting its spotless condition. One review mentioned leaves and branches in the garden upon arrival, but this seems to be an isolated incident.
The location is generally praised for its proximity to lovely beaches and local amenities, though a few guests noted the necessity of a car due to the lack of pedestrian footpaths and distance from certain attractions.
Guests find the beds comfortable and the property homely, contributing to a comfortable stay. However, one review mentioned high cupboards that could be inconvenient for shorter guests, slightly impacting the comfort score.
Facilities are well-regarded, with the property being described as well-equipped. Some reviews, however, point out issues with hot water, a sticking front door, and some non-functional items, indicating room for improvement in maintenance.
