The cottage was spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent and safe for a toddler to run around. Sofa and beds were particularly comfortable. It was lovely to receive milk and a bottle of wine in the fridge. Our disappointments were it is advertised as being in St Merryn Park which hosts a restaurant and bar. This was convenient for us with a toddler; however, on arrival we found out it is closed on a Monday and Tuesday and only opens from 4pm the rest of the week. The hot water in the cottage is a very slow flowing trickle. The final important factor was - all heating was turned off and we had access to one small electric heater. Sadly we weren’t fortunate with nice weather, it was cold/rain for our entire holiday, and one small heater wasn’t enough so we were (very) cold a lot of the time.
