Everything clearly explained.Pleasant estuary views from the sitting room and balcony across to the Iron Bridge and Padstow.Short walk to the ferry and nearby beaches,short drive to St Enodoc GC and the shops.Great base for trips a little further afield for superb coastal and moorland walking.
