Guests say

Slipway 7 is a well-loved holiday home in a superb location, offering a comfortable base with a stunning balcony and excellent parking. While some guests find it a bit tired and in need of TLC, others appreciate its homely feel and functional amenities. It's a property that allows guests to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The property is generally clean, with guests finding it 'good to go' upon arrival. However, some guests noted stained carpets and a stale smell in one of the bedrooms, suggesting room for improvement in cleanliness.

The location is highly praised for its excellent views and proximity to local amenities, such as the Mariners pub. The convenience of being able to walk to the ferry adds to the appeal, making it a prime spot for holidaymakers.

Guests feel very comfortable at the property, describing it as a 'home from home.' However, there are comments about lumpy mattresses and stuffy rooms, indicating that some aspects of comfort could be enhanced.

The property is equipped with quality white goods and functional windows and heating. Nonetheless, guests have mentioned tired furniture, the need for more wine glasses, and issues with internet access, suggesting that some facilities require updating or maintenance.

There is no mention of gifts or special touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the property owners. Therefore, it is not possible to assess this category based on the available reviews.

Property was exactly as described and pictures were accurate. Clean and well equipped - all good to go on our arrival. Worth noting that it sleeps 8, but probably only about 6 adults as the bunk rooms are quite snug.
