good location, good parking but no aircon makes it unbearable to sleep and no fan either to make up for it

The place is clean and in a perfect location, only a 10-minute walk into the centre of Padstow. The only thing I would say is the stairs to the bed are very steep, and the bed area is very compact. No bed, just a mattres on the floor; this did not affect our stay but is worth mentioning. Great place, would stay again.

My husband and I had a lovely time at the boat house, if we were not in our fifties we would have slept on the mezzanine, but as we need to get up in the night we chose to sleep on the sofa bed which was fine. The boat house was close enough to walk to Padstow which only took about 20 minutes and it is close to a supermarket which was handy. We both had a great time and we would go back again.
