Trenouth Cottage in Cornwall is a well-received holiday rental, praised for its peaceful location, comfortable furnishings, and welcoming atmosphere. Guests appreciate the secure garden, especially those with dogs, and the proximity to local attractions and beaches. The cottage's setting on a farm adds a unique charm, with opportunities to interact with animals and enjoy the tranquil surroundings.
Most guests found the cottage to be clean, with a few noting it as spotless. However, some mentioned it appeared 'tired' and in need of a deep clean, and there were instances of cobwebs and dust. The garden was not always checked for pet waste prior to new arrivals.

The cottage is well-equipped according to several guests, with a good kitchen and a wood burner. Nonetheless, some guests felt that the kitchen lacked certain basics and that the furniture could be updated. There were also comments about the need for maintenance and refreshment of the decor.
Many guests were delighted by the welcome pack, which often included treats like wine and biscuits. It's important to note that such gifts, while appreciated, are subject to change and may not be guaranteed for every stay.

There was a lovely welcome pack of tea/coffee! Hot chocolate, biscuits and wine!! It was further outside of Padstow than we anticipated but easily within driving distance. There was a lovely enclosed garden and lots of lovely wildlife. We saw endless robins and birds of prey and were even visited by a peahen. The only thing I would add was there was often a race for the bathroom as there was only one. We will be coming back next year!!
