The property is well-maintained, with several reviewers highlighting the warm welcome and helpfulness of the hosts, Ramin and Angela. The thoughtful touches, such as scones and wine, are frequently mentioned, adding to the pleasant experience. While parking can be a slight inconvenience, the property's proximity to local amenities and attractions compensates for this minor issue.

Reviewers unanimously describe the property as spotlessly clean, suggesting a high standard of cleanliness maintained by the hosts.

The property's location is frequently praised for being close to shops, restaurants, and attractions in Newlyn, though one mention of parking difficulties slightly impacts the score.

While the reviews suggest that the property is well-maintained, there is insufficient detail about specific facilities and their maintenance to accurately score this category.

The hosts are commended for their thoughtfulness, with several guests mentioning welcome gifts. However, it should be noted that such gifts, while appreciated, are not guaranteed for every stay.

Newlyn is a small town next to Penzance, but it's also the third-largest fishing port in England. It's also a Port of Refuge for all kinds of boats.

People live in this small town in Cornwall, which is close to the harbour. The town's 800-year-old quay (where the Mayflower set sail for America, not Plymouth) curves around a few small boats on its western side. Cornwall's Coastal Path and a bike path that goes from Mousehole to Marazion pass through Newlyn. The town is also known for its art school and copper mines. Both have a lot of wildlife and plants to look at. Basking sharks, dolphins, and grey seals are often seen. Surfing is a big thing on the Cornish coast, and Penwith has a lot of beautiful beaches where you can do it. You can also go fishing for sea bass while you surf. For people who love water sports, Mounts Bay also has a lot to offer. Visitors can relax and unwind in beautiful surroundings.

The apartment is comfortable and warm. It is in a brilliant location for exploring Newlyn and further afield. Thank you both.

Had a great week here and will be back again.

The owners live in a flat above and were helpful and considerate. The listing is somewhat misleading: Roadside parking is available but not at the property and the nearest - on the seafront - is time restricted between 08:00 & 18:00. The nearest car park charges GBP12.00 for 24 hours. With the help of the owner, I did find free and time-unlimited roadside parking but it was 10 to 15 minutes walk away.
