Brilliant holiday flat l was pleasantly impressed by the cleanliness of the property and the quality of the equipment it had everything you need for a holiday with a perfect location just a few minutes walk to the beach and high street also a free parking permit, the price includes all electric, bedding , towels and the dog making it a very affordable property, would highly recommend

The location was great, very close to the beach. Perrenporth is a small town so the pubs, shops, take aways are all an easy stroll away. The flat itself was comfortable enough for a week away but could do with a new mattress (bit lumpy) and new crockery (only two mugs usable due to cracks and chips). The only gross thing was the used cotton buds in a drawer in the bedroom that the cleaner had missed…
