We have 3 bedrooms.

2 rooms have 2 single beds in each & a main double bedroom with en-suite & Freeview 24inch TV.

All bedrooms have wardrobes with hangers & drawer space.

Pillows & duvets are provided, Ben linen is NOT provided so you will need to bring your own.

Pillows & mattresses have waterproof coverings on them.

The main bathroom has a shower, sink, toilet & towel rail.

Towels & Tea Towels are NOT provided.

The Kitchen area is a home from home with a microwave, kettle, gas oven/4 hobs, full size fridge freezer & all utensils, crockery & pots & pans required. There is also a big cupboard for storing food.

The dining table seats 4.

The lounge area has a large sofa & coffee table, Freeview 42inch TV, radio & cupboard space with a few board games & books.

Double doors enter out on to the wrap around wooden decking area with an outdoor cube style table & chairs.

There is a grassed area around the caravan which includes a picnic bench & BBQ.

Central heating, double glazed, curtains & net curtains for privacy.

Parking directly at the front of the caravan.

The caravan is situated in a lovely quiet cul-de-sac on the edge of the park, approx. 10 minutes walk to the main entertainment complex & 10 minute walk to the entrance path down to the Haven beach.

Perranporth, a beautiful Cornish coastal town, lies in the heart of Poldark Country, the setting for the novels of Winston Graham who lived in Perranporth in the 1930s. Perranporth offers plenty of traditional pubs and shops, plus a classic bucket-and-spade beach that is lifeguarded in summer, overlooked by craggy rocks and a wonderful coastal path. Once known as the source of the finest tin, the community still retains reminders of the rich heritage with abandoned pump houses, mine shafts and workers’ cottages. The local Blue Hills Museum and Perranzabuloe Folk Museum are both well worth a visit to understand the fascinating history of this coastal area. Further afield are the miles of sandy beaches at Crantock and Holywell Bay, and the breathtaking coastal walks around St Agnes, much of it owned by the National Trust. A perfect holiday base in Cornwall, with an abundance of activities to suit everyone.
