Prestige caravan with decking. double glazed central heated caravan.

Number 4 Atlantic Heights is situated in a lovely cul-de-sac in the corner of Perran Sands with a long drive with ample parking for two cars, outside there is a patio and leading from the double French doors there is a decking with views to the sea and far reaching views to St Agnes and the no twelve green of Perranporth Golf Course is less than 50 yards away.

Inside the caravan the main double bedroom has ample storage and en-suite facilities, the other two bedrooms have two single beds in each with lots of room as new designed lay outs makes the rooms suitable for adults see plan in photos.

The kitchen has a full height fridge freezer and fantastic cooking facilities again with ample room to move around, the dining area has a free standing table and four chairs.

The living room has ample comfortable seating along with electric fire, TV with free view, and DVD player all this with sea and far reaching views from the windows with patio doors leading on to the decking.

We provide duvets and pillows but you will need to provide your own duvet covers, sheets, pillow cases and towels, but linen can be hired from house keeping on site which you will need to book in advance through Haven.

You will need to acquire entertainment passes if you require access to entertainment areas as detailed in the listings, these can be purchased from Perran Sands reception on or after arrival for a price per person or a caravan unit price.

We will require a £50 pound refundable deposit with the final payment. which will cover any damage or loss of keys. If none of these are reported by the inspector after your stay the deposit will be refunded within two working weeks. NOTE this caravan is over £1800 per week high season with Haven Holidays.

NO SAME SEX GROUPS ALLOWED IN THE CARAVAN. ONLY 6 PEOPLE MAXIMUM ALLOWED IN THE CARAVAN AT ANY TIME UNLESS PREARRANGED WITH OWNERS. NO SMOKING ALLOWED.
