This property is stunning whatever the time of year to use as a base in Cornwall with many activities and attractions on offer all year round,lending itself for last minute weekend breaks due to its ease of access. The views from the lounge and both bedrooms really take your breath away many people describe it as a moving live picture postcard. Be it watching a storm front come in, or the all year round surfers, or the horses riding on the beach, with the tide going in and out it is an ever changing view you just won’t tire of even at night you can often see the lights of the fishing boats twinkling on the horizon. It really is a very special place.

The apartment is equipped with everything we could wish for, beautifully light and airy with a breathtaking view over Perranporth beach. Donât think Iâve ever been so relaxed, from our first cuppa in the morning to our final views of the sun at night the apartment was perfectly situated to allow us to enjoy every moment. Even the day we had rain we were happy by the picture windows watching the waves crashing on the beach. The ownerâs communications were outstanding and made sure we had all the information necessary before our arrival. The only negative we could find was that we had to leave to come home. Weâve already booked for next Summer.

The booking process was simple and the owner James sent lots of really helpful information so we knew exactly how to access the property and how to use things such as the heating. I was still a pain and asked questions such as the beach gate access code which James had already given me, but he kindly gave it to me again. Once we arrived at the property we were thrilled with the wonderful view from both bedrooms and the lounge across the fantastic beach out to the sea. The property was spotless and very spacious and provided with everything that we needed, the towels are massive and soft which was much appreciated, we played monopoly which is in the apartment with our daughter a couple of nights. Having Netflix really helped to keep our 3 year entertained whilst we got ready to head out the door and down the steps to the wonderful beach.
