This stylish home features a spacious open-plan living area on the ground floor with cosy underfloor heating throughout, keeping you toasty throughout the seasons. Unwind in the inviting sitting room, complete with sumptuous sofas and a Smart Television - perfect for movie nights. Open the large glass patio doors which extend onto a generous decked terrace, furnished with comfortable garden seating, a barbecue for alfresco feasts, and a handy surf shower tucked along the side path. This peaceful outdoor space is ideal for leisurely breakfasts or family dinners under the stars.
Cook up family favourites in the sleek, fully equipped gloss-white kitchen, designed with all the modern appliances you’ll need for an easy holiday stay, including an electric oven, induction hob, slimline dishwasher, integrated fridge and freezer and washing machine. Also on this floor is a convenient cloakroom/WC. Families travelling with little ones will appreciate thoughtful touches such as a Tripp Trapp highchair and a travel cot, helping make your stay even more relaxed.
Upstairs, you’ll find three beautifully presented bedrooms, all with beds crafted from reclaimed wood. The master bedroom, located at the front, features a luxurious king-size bed, an en-suite shower room, and a sliding glass door opening onto a private balcony with lovely views over Portreath village. Bedroom two is a stylish double bedroom, while bedroom three is a cosy twin room with two single beds, each thoughtfully equipped with modern touches like phone-charging bedside lamps. A sleek family bathroom with a shower over the bath completes the upstairs layout.
There is private parking for up to two small cars at the front of the property, along with a convenient electric vehicle charging point for guests’ use.

We enjoy hiking and walks and wanted to base ourselves in Portreath because of all the spectacular walks available on the doorstop. Tehidy, Ilogan Woods, North to South coast, South West coastal path. Everything available from the doorstep here.

A superb holiday home, on a quiet road in a great location. The house is very spacious, comfortably furnished throughout and well equipped. It was spotlessly clean and everything we could have wanted was supplied. The large kitchen has quality appliances and plenty of crockery and cutlery. Excellent Wi-Fi and mobile phone signal. The private decked terrace is huge and is ideal for eating meals outside, sunbathing or just relaxing and enjoying the view.The lovely beach at Portreath is an easy, level walk from the house. Food, drinks and ice creams are all available there. There is a good choice of supermarkets around Redruth and Camborne, both within easy reach by car. There are many other lovely beaches worth visiting, like Porthtowan, Gwithian, Perranporth, Hayle and St Ives.We have had two very enjoyable 5-night breaks there and would definitely go again!
