Just a short distance from the north coast - popular for surfing with long, beautiful, sandy beaches and stunning coastal paths. It is equidistant from the south coast with its picturesque, hidden coves and tranquil sailing waters of the Fal Estuary and River Helford. The Farmhouse is great for extended family and friends, perfect for celebrations and get-togethers. This traditional Cornish farmhouse offers comfortable holiday accommodation for twelve guests and has a large, private, secluded garden, patio, wild flower area and children’s play park on site. It has a large cooking range for feasts around the long farmhouse table. This was a well equipped and comfortable holiday home. We were a larger group, and the very large dining table suited us very well. The home was generously heated and we very much enjoyed the hot tub.

We had a fantastic stay at The Farmhouse at Caddys Corner in Carnmenellis. The location was perfect, with a beautiful lake on the doorstep and the beach within easy reach, which made it ideal for some much-needed quality time together as a family. We also really enjoyed the hot tub, which was a brilliant extra touch and made our stay feel even more relaxing and special. Sam was brilliant throughout our stay, always on hand if we needed anything and even got the oven fixed in time for our New Year’s Day roast, which we really appreciated. He genuinely couldn’t have done more for us. The farmhouse was comfortable, well equipped and in a perfect spot for exploring the area. We will definitely be booking again.

Stayed as a party of 12 and dog, early Chrismas get together for family who live throughout the country.Everyone really enjoyed it, due to the size of the property never felt cramped. The three sitting rooms were nice and the large dining room table meant we could all sit comfortably and socialise and eat.The hot tub was always in use and hot!All the party slept well and rhe bedrooms were all good size and comfortable.Owners and their team were easily contactable amd sorted out queries quickly and efficiently.
