When you're not enjoying the pool or relaxing in the hot tub, you'll be exploring the surrounding area and all it has to offer. Take a leisurely stroll along the beautiful Cargreen waterfront, admiring the scenic views of the River Tamar. Embark on a boat trip along the river or venture out to nearby Whitsand Bay (14 miles), which boasts beautiful sandy beaches and crystal-clear waters. Walkers will enjoy scenic walks along the stunning South West Coast Path and the Tamar Valley Trails. The historic navel city of Plymouth (9 miles) where you can visit famous Hoe Park, National Marine Aquarium and cobbled streets of The Barbican or take a day trip to the famous, bustling town of Looe (17 miles) and enjoy fish and chips on the beach.
Step inside this beautifully designed open-plan space and feel at home right away - furnished to a high standard with your comfort in mind, the property features exposed beams and vaulted ceilings adding traditional charm. The modern kitchen area has everything you need to prepare breakfast or an evening meal, with electric oven, induction hob and fridge freezer - a microwave is available on request. Heading outside in to the private, enclosed patio area you can enjoy a relax in the large hot tub, or enjoy a dip on the over ground pool (available start April to end October only). Here you can fire up the BBQ and enjoy alfresco dining. There is off road parking for two cars.
