Surrounded by woodland and boasting a shared outdoor swimming pool, it’s the ideal getaway for a small family plus two pups wanting relaxation and on-site facilities. For dog walks on the beach and rock pooling head to Whitsand Bay (5 miles) or journey 12 miles to Looe Beach and swim in the sea. Alternatively, take a boat out to Looe Island and spend the day spotting grey seals, dolphins, and sea turtles. For off-beach adventure, journey to Adrenaline Quarry (10 miles) and discover thrilling rides, or spend a quiet afternoon fishing along the River Lynher.
This one-level home is a welcoming space with modern decor, light tones, and large windows and doors that let the outside in. The open-plan living area is spacious and uncluttered and has all the homely comforts you could ask for including a plump sofa and open fireplace. In the lounge, open the patio doors and contemplate the woodland views or unwind with a film on the TV. When it’s time to eat, you’ll find a neat kitchen featuring all the appliances you’ll need to whip up a delicious family meal. Serve meals at the dining table or step outside and dine alfresco at the patio table. When it’s time to retire, choose between a king-size bedroom and a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms feature whitewashed walls and wood-panelled flooring and have a tranquil ambiance so you’ll be sure of a good night’s sleep. The bedrooms also share a modern bathroom.
Outside, start the day with coffee at the patio table or enjoy a soak in the private hot tub.
