The property is reverse level, with a spacious king-size bedroom on the ground floor with an en-suite shower room, alongside a fresh and airy twin bedroom with a Smart television, perfect for those lazy mornings.
Head upstairs to the bright, open-plan living area with high vaulted ceilings and exposed stunning wooden beams, where you can gaze out to the views over the charming countryside and the distant sea beyond. Sit back, relax and take in your surroundings from the large balcony whilst enjoying your morning coffee, or catch the last of the fading sunshine with a refreshing glass of wine.
The modern kitchen is very well equipped and the perfect base to cook up a delicious feast for family and friends, and with the dining area not far away, you can enjoy the company whilst doing so. The trendy sitting room area has generous comfortable seating, a Smart television and a cosy wood burning stove to settle next to after a long day of exploring.
Birch House has a small grassed garden area at the front of the property as well as a private gravelled garden towards the back of the property, with a barbecue area and outdoor furniture to enjoy al fresco dining.

As you approach Presingoll Barns, you may notice building works on a neighbouring site. While these works are outside the property grounds, guests staying at Birch House may occasionally notice some noise, particularly when outdoors. Any disruption is expected to be minimal, and our pricing reflects this. The working hours are Monday to Friday between the hours of 8am and 4pm.
