Excellent house for a large family in a brilliant location, Wendy (our contact) was great and on hand when needed if we had any issues. The kitchen was very well equipped and our kids especially loved the waffle maker. We used the local Chinese takeaway, pizza shop, ate in at the pub next door and at sunny spice Indian - all within easy walking distance and food was fab! Would definitely revisit st agnes - lovely busy vibe to the village and the bakery a couple of doors down is a must
