As you arrive, make yourself at home in the lounge/diner where you can all relax on the sofas and unwind in comfort. Enjoy a home-cooked meal after the sun goes down and cosy up in front of the TV for some quality time together. The contemporary kitchen boasts white units and you have all of the space that you need to go about your day-to-day endeavours.
Conveniently, this floor also hosts a twin bedroom and another room with adult bunks, finished to a lovely standard for a peaceful night's rest. The family shower room is fresh and clean and the neutral colour scheme flows from one room to the next. Take the stairs up to the king-size bedroom, well-presented with an en-suite, adjacent to a pleasant twin room which completes the formation. Located in a wonderful setting, this retreat benefits from countryside and sea views which can be admired from all windows. For some 'me time' spend an hour or two relaxing on the patio area which can be accessed via the living area.
Within walking distance are a number of isolated beaches and you may wish to walk the coastal path to the harbour village of Mevagissey. Near Gorran Haven, in a beautiful area of woodland, is Caerhays Castle, and other attractions include the wonderful Lost Gardens of Heligan, Eden Project, Wheal Martyn China Clay Museum and the cathedral town of Truro. All you need for a memorable getaway.

The layout would be ideal for 2 families. Only one bedroom had had the beds made and we wanted separate bedrooms. However the owner contacted me quickly about this. Overall very clean but maybe a bit more cleaning round the edges needed. I think the decking and showers will need updating in the next year or 2. Love Gorran and hope to visit again.

The weather wasn't great, so having somewhere so nice to stay made all the difference. We really appreciated the games and jigsaws. You probably know but a couple of tiles in the downstairs bathroom need attention.

The house is absolutely fantastic, nothing is spared, everything you could wish for. Enough plates, cutlery, towels, bedding etc. Breakfast on the decking with the fabulous view of the Sea. The bed my wife had in the Master, gave us a great nights sleep. The walk down to the Beach is very easy, the walk back up?? Had to stop at base camp (the Llawnroc Hotel
