Upon entering, you'll be pleased to find a fabulous kitchen/diner, where all you need to rustle up delectable meals can be found, including a range cooker! Once a delicious meal has been prepared, move through the stylish space to the oak dining table, which seats all the family and is where you can tuck into a tasty dinner as the TV plays in the background.
For more living spaces, climb the stairs to the third floor, where an open-plan living space can be found; this area is also perfect for extended family members seeking a little bit of privacy. Here, you can find a handy kitchenette, as well as a six-seater dining table, a fabulous sitting area with ample plush seating, a TV with DVD player and a selection of DVDs to choose from. After enjoying some quality time together, choose between six well-appointed bedrooms to rest in, with three of these resting on the first floor and comprising a king-size with fitted wardrobes, another king-size with dusty pink accents, and a coastal-themed double; a contemporary shower room can also be found on this floor.
Continue to the second floor to find a charming double that enjoys access to a fabulous bathroom, where you can enjoy a luxurious soak in the freestanding bath. Ascend the stairs again to find the third-floor bedrooms, both of which enjoy coastal touches and consist of a king-size and a twin, along with a well-presented shower room. A highlight of the property must be its garden, a multi-level delight with lovely landscaping; here, you can settle down on the raised patio and enjoy a barbecued alfresco meal, all the while admiring the shrubs and magnolia tree that inhabit the space. A short stroll will take you to the centre of Mevagissey, where you'll find a beautiful port, the Mevagissey Aquarium, which houses a multitude of fish, and the Victoria Pier Head Lighthouse, which offers spectacular vistas of the coast.
St. Austell isn't far and is home to the Shipwreck Treasure Museum, where you may learn about the town's past, the Pinetum Gardens, which can be found in the town's centre and offer an abundance of beauty and serenity, as well as a range couple of stunning beaches; St Austell is also within reach of the renowned St Eden Project! Travel a little farther out to Truro, where you may marvel at the cathedral's beautiful grandeur, be inspired by modern art at the Lemon Street Gallery or tour the stunning Trelissick Garden.
