Sea View in St. Austell offers a modern, well-maintained apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable bedding, and a convenient location opposite a Tesco Extra. Guests appreciate the quiet despite the proximity to amenities, and the property boasts sea views and a private balcony. Some minor maintenance issues were noted, but overall, guests were very pleased and would recommend the property.

The apartment was generally found to be very clean and well maintained, though one review mentioned areas such as blinds that needed dusting. The overall impression remains positive with regards to cleanliness.

The location is highly praised for its convenience, with a Tesco Extra across the street and close proximity to public transport, making it easy to visit local attractions. The sea view and quietness despite the central location are also appreciated.

Guests found the apartment to be very comfortable, with a nice bed and linen, and a pleasant outdoor area. The presence of a dressing room was an unexpected bonus. However, one review mentioned challenges with the bath shower for older guests.

The apartment is well-equipped with a jacuzzi, dishwasher, and coffee maker, among other amenities. However, some facilities like the jacuzzi bath and hallway lights were reported as not working, which affects the score.

The owner's thoughtfulness is evident from the welcome note and fresh flowers on arrival. While such personal touches are highly appreciated, it is noted that these gestures may vary and are not guaranteed for every stay.

Not able to fill bath except by using the shower head, tv sky option not set up. Called the owner who eventually cleared the bath problem and set up the sky connection. In addition demonstrated use of the coffee making machine which when we made a coffee leaked water over the worktop so was not usable. In addition locking the front door was extremely difficult as interlocking did not easily complete to allow key to lock. Will not be using this property again.

(only thing not working was jacuzzi bath which was disappointing but couldn't be helped.)Outside of house rather overgrown making it dark as windows covered in greenery.Very comfortable.Nice bed and bed linen.Parking space ok for our little car.Unrestricted on road parking for a larger vehicle. Excellent kitchen facilities.Pleasant small outdoor area with sun shining there for Breakfast. Helpful owner.

Definitely a home from home (without all the clutter!). It was immaculately presented, with a nice surprise on arrival! It's lovely to have a fully equipped kitchen to be able to use and having a Tesco Express right opposite was perfect (and as others have said, there was no 'added' noise from it being there). Great location for visiting the sights - thank you for all the leaflets etc. for us to look through. All in all I would highly recommend Sea View for anyone interested in visiting the area, it was perfect for our holiday.
