The Crows Nest in Mevagissey, Cornwall, is a well-received apartment praised for its cleanliness, modern amenities, and central location. Guests appreciate the comfortable furnishings and the added convenience of a parking space. While some guests mention missing welcome packs and occasional noise, the overall experience is positive with recommendations for future stays.
Guests consistently note the apartment's cleanliness, with many reviews describing it as spotless and well-maintained. A few isolated incidents of unclean items were mentioned, but these do not appear to be the norm.
The central location is highly praised for its proximity to local attractions and amenities. However, some guests noted noise from nearby pubs and early morning deliveries, which slightly impacted the overall experience.
The apartment is frequently described as comfortable, with a particularly comfortable bed and the luxury of two bathrooms. Some guests suggested improvements such as lighter duvets for summer and additional hanging space for coats.
The apartment is well-equipped for a self-catering holiday, though some guests felt that basic necessities like dishwasher tablets and a clothes airer were missing. Maintenance issues were minimal, with only occasional mentions of minor problems.
While some guests were delighted by the wine and chocolate provided, there were inconsistencies with the provision of welcome packs. As such, it's politely noted that while gifts may be provided, they are not guaranteed for every stay.

We arrived on sat met by Truan a friendly welcome, we had a bit of trouble with the lock and no hot water Truan was very helpful with this the flat was fabulous it had everything you could want and the bottle of wine was a lovely touch .on the Sunday morning I ran the bath noticed no hot water in the main bathroom and a leak coming from under the bath reported it to Truan who said a plumber would come but we left before this happened. The flat was central but with it being out of season most were shut .traveled to st ives ,visited 2 beaches and heligan gardens and the weather was good whish made it.

Shop and very good pubs minutes away. The bonus with this apartment is that it has its own car parking place.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and nicely decorated, with every facility you could want. Although we didn't use them, as the position of the apartment meant that we were so central to all the town offered and we were on Holiday after all. Truan was really helpful during our stay with a few queries, thank him for that. The weather was fantastic, the apartment was great. One drawback was the noise early mornings from the brewery deliveries, but we could forgive that for the ideal position and treasured parking space. Great holiday
