Guests are consistently impressed with Church Rooms, praising its stunning aesthetics, exceptional attention to detail, and prime location in Port Isaac. The property offers comfort, beautiful views, and is well-equipped with high-standard appliances and en-suites in every bedroom. Some minor maintenance issues were noted, but overall, the property provides a memorable and luxurious stay.
There is no specific mention of cleanliness in the reviews, so it is not possible to provide an accurate score for this category.
The location is highly praised for being the best in Cornwall, with Port Isaac's beauty and convenience for local amenities. The secure parking and proximity to desirable spots like Port Gaverne enhance its appeal.
The property is described as comfortable, beautifully furnished, and thoughtfully equipped with en-suites for each bedroom. The living spaces are appreciated for their views and the ability to watch sunsets with a glass of wine.
Facilities are generally excellent, with high-quality fixtures, fittings, and secure parking. EV charging is a significant plus. However, some minor issues like wardrobe doors not fitting and difficulty finding information slightly detract from the score.
The provision of a goody bag and the overall high standard of the property suggest thoughtfulness. However, as gifts are not consistently mentioned and their provision cannot be guaranteed, this score reflects the overall thought put into guest comfort rather than specific gifts.

Port Isaac is one of Cornwall's great gems. The old village in the valley, a lovely fishing village nestled in a steep-sided valley, has remained untouched. There are several tiny residences, as well as larger cliff-top getaways, with easy access to the village's numerous restaurants and stores. As the water recedes, the sandy harbour provides a plethora of rock pools to explore. Port Isaac is an ideal for both romantic and family vacations.

Highly recommend the property
Debbie
We know the area well so knew it was perfectly positioned. The property has been done with great care, is beautifully decorated and so comfortable. Having en-suites in every bedroom was brilliant. Unfortunately the key snapped off in the lock on the first night and it was not easy to contact anyone, which could have been disastrous. Once we managed to get someone in The Rock office it was sorted but that is why I gave four stars above. We so struggled to find anything to hang washing on which would be a handy addition. Loved loved the house, I would highly recommend this property.
