From the large hallway, head up the stairs and into the open-plan living space, where you’ll be drawn to the stunning vistas through the floor-to-ceiling doors. Slide them open in the summer for fresh air as you relax on the corner sofa or dine at the long table. The sleek kitchen has everything the cook will need to conjure up delicious meals, including a microwave. The three handsome king-size bedrooms are all on the ground floor, two with en-suite shower rooms. There’s also a family bathroom on this level. In addition to the balcony off the lounge area, there’s a spacious sun deck accessed from the kitchen, perfect for dining alfresco or soaking in the hot tub as you look out over the unspoilt countryside towards the sea. You’ll also have parking for two cars.
Beautiful Mawgan Porth beach is just 1.5 miles from the cottage, while Newquay is 7 miles away – the place to go for surfing, shops and a choice of places to eat and drink. It also has an aquarium and a zoo. In Watergate Bay, 3.5 miles away, you can try out some water sports, while walkers will want to head out on the coast path and admire the incredible scenery.
