Brilliant location with parking which is difficult to find in St Ives, 3 stories 2 flights of steep stairs so not ideal for very small children, but everything else as described! 5 minute walk down to the harbour or to Porthmeor beach. Had a great time there.

Great location for exploring St Ives, kids enjoyed staying in the attic room. Towels and bed linen was very clean, comfortable beds. Small but well equipped kitchen.

Perfect location, short walk to the beaches and town. House was lovely enough space as a family of four. Kids and us loved it.
