A fully integrated smart home, with ceiling speakers throughout and breath-taking sea views from all living areas and four of the bedrooms. There are many stand out features to the home including the extraordinary 9M x 8M roof terrace with luxury outdoor sofa and chairs and incredible sea view. All first and second floor bedrooms benefit from their own private outside terrace or huge balcony, with frameless safety glass to protect from the elements and to enhance the views.

Located in the prestigious Treloyhan area of St Ives, just above Hain Walk and equidistant from the beaches of Carbis Bay and St Ives, which are a leisurely stroll away. Offering a luxury base, complete with state-of-the-art appliances, stylish designer furnishings, bathrooms, and an expansive 0.5-acre garden, Sparrows Nest makes the perfect base for a large family or friends break or celebration, inviting ten guests and two babies to indulge in a seascape. The property sits on a private lane and benefits from six private parking spaces, and a handy 22KW fast EV charger. The huge feature front door invites you into the hallway and the open-plan living space, contemporarily designed and flooded with natural light through the extensive floor to ceiling windows, where you'll find a fully-equipped, sleek German designer kitchen, dining space for all guests, and a dedicated seating area to socialise and entertain. Step through the five-meter-wide sliding doors on to a huge terrace with hot tub attached and which looks out on to the expansive enclosed garden and seascape.

This smart house nestles in the middle of the plot which is almost 100M long. The enclosed garden is accessed from the kitchen and has a sunny aspect all day. Due to the unique orientation of the property the rear garden also enjoys a day long sunny aspect but also provides for shading from the trees. This area has been designed with a parkland setting in mind with extensive paths and a huge 5M in diameter purpose built private fire pit that can easily seat fifteen people. As the sun sets, head to the sitting room featuring a handmade velvet corner sofa that can seat ten people, a 75” Smart TV, and fully integrated top of the range Sennheiser home theatre system to complete your immersive experience. Head south for Penzance Promenade, offering another day near the coastline, where you can sample some local produce at Argoe seafood restaurant whilst enjoying quayside views, whilst the Newlyn Art Gallery is nearby for art enthusiasts. End your break by following the Penwith Heritage Coast walking trail, reaching the vantage point of Land's End, and the fabulous surfing beach at Sennen, before returning home for sundowners around the fire pit.     Lack of bath mats, and vinyl flooring often led to slippy bathrooms, complex lighting and sound systems led to hours reading manuals to get things to work. In saying the above facilities and views more than compensate.

    The view over the bay is stunning and the hot tub kept the children entertained. We were very sad to leave.
