Fully decked out with comfortable furnishings and homely décor, this lovely property offers an instantly inviting atmosphere. Find a commodious lounge/kitchen/diner on the ground floor, complete with a contemporary kitchen on one side and a cosy wood burner on the other. Positioned around the wood burner is a sprawling L-shaped sofa, the very best place to sink into with the Smart TV on. All three bedrooms, two king-size and a final single with a pull-out trundle bed, can be found upstairs alongside a family bathroom. From the lounge, step outside and make the very most of the ample outdoor space. Pretty lawn space leads to a sizable private pool that’s fenced in and heated throughout the summer months – ideal for getting your daily laps in or letting children play.

For days where swimming in the pool just won’t cut it, head towards the coast to discover Coverack Beach (1.5 miles). Prepare to spend a full afternoon in the village of Coverack, rock pooling, swimming and sampling local pubs and restaurants. Head north or south along the coastal path to discover further beauty spots in the vicinity, following the route down to Lizard Point (10 miles) or up towards the village of Helford (5 miles). This picturesque spot sits on the Helford Riverbank and boasts some pretty botanical gardens.
