With uninterrupted views across Polzeath Beach and the Atlantic Ocean, the front garden and patio provide an idyllic setting for morning coffees, alfresco dining or watching the sunset. An enclosed side garden offers a sheltered space for barbecues, while a hot and cold outdoor shower is ideal for rinsing sandy feet, wetsuits and surfboards after a day on the beach.
Inside, Carn Cobba has been designed with larger groups in mind. The spacious living room offers plenty of comfortable seating and a Smart TV, while a separate snug provides a second TV, an extensive collection of DVDs and board games. The generous dining room features a glass roof and a large table seating up to 14, while the well-equipped kitchen has two hobs, a double cooker, wine cooler and two fridges. A separate utility room provides additional storage and washing facilities.
Four bedrooms provide comfortable and flexible accommodation for families and larger groups. On the ground floor, bedroom one features two bunk beds (with the top bunks suitable for children only), alongside an en-suite shower room with wash basin and WC.
Upstairs, bedroom two offers a superking-size bed, access to a balcony and beautiful sea views, with a private en-suite bathroom. Bedroom three provides a comfortable king-size bed, while bedroom four features two bunk beds (with the top bunks suitable for children only), making it ideal for children or teenagers.
A family bathroom with bath, wash basin and WC completes the first floor, providing additional facilities and a convenient space to freshen up after a day at beach..
