Guests say

Lowenna Manor 3 is praised for its superb location and spacious indoor areas, with guests looking forward to return visits. The addition of a Nespresso coffee machine was appreciated, though some guests noted areas for improvement including the need for basic supplies and maintenance of furniture and appliances.

Guests reported the property as grimy upon arrival, necessitating additional cleaning. This indicates a need for better upkeep between stays.

The property's location is consistently highlighted as great, contributing to the overall positive experience of the guests.

The comfort of the property is compromised by tired and old double beds and a need for new sofas, as mentioned by guests.

Facilities have room for improvement, with reports of broken appliances, overgrown garden, and the need for basic kitchenware additions.

There is no mention of gifts or extra touches that would indicate thoughtfulness from the owners, hence the score cannot be determined.

Unfortunately it clearly isn't being maintained to a good standard. The boiler was not working when we arrived, this would have been evident if an inventory had been complete before check in. The property was grimy and we had to clean it, the beds and sofas need replacing which guests commented on in previous years, several lights didn't work and the garden needs tidying along with the furniture. We had maintenance people in and out the property so it didn't feel like a holiday!

The main thing for us the garden was very overgrown needed a good tidy up. So spent time on the small fielded area. Would have been better with a grassed area like the other gardens. That said had a very enjoyable stay the house itself had everything we needed.

Just few basic things were lacking that wouldn’t go amiss: Tea towels, bath mats (had to mop the bathrooms every time we had a shower) clothes pegs and lastly bed linen! Also some of the windows (ie. The main bathroom) need some TLC to make them easier to open. If it wasn’t for this it would have been 5 stars.
