It looked clean but it didnt smell as nice as they usually do. Just seemed dated and a bit worn in areas. the ramp railings were green in parts and had not been cleaned for a long time did not want to touch. Cutlery and plates ectra where lovely and clean. Bed was comfortable and clean. We did complain about leaky boiler but they said it was safe although being in our bedroom we could hear it dripping in the night. They did sort out a new fridge for us the next day which worked lovely. So accomodation was a bit of a mixed bag

The Osprey 2 was very clean on arrival, no issues with the static at all.
