Upstairs, three flexible bedrooms each offer zip-and-link beds, providing either super king setups or comfy twin arrangements, plus individual TVs. A family bathroom with a bath and shower over serves this floor. From the local railway station, take the train through glorious countryside to historic Plymouth or coastal Penzance. A fabulous base in a lovely area. Great for visiting Eden Project, Fowey Regatta, Lanhydrock. No grass garden for the dogs but easy walking to Par Beach ( dog friendly all year). Lovely having kayaks, paddle boards to use. Super friendly and helpful host local.

I echo the other positive reviews and would recommend this accommodation as a place to stay. The house was clean, comfortable, well equipped and the owner Matt was on hand to provide assistance with some extra items we asked for at the very last minute. Matt was very generous and keen to make our stay comfortable. It was a lovely holiday. We will def be going back!

Amazing accommodation, super comfortable, spacious and brilliant facilities. Location was perfect for lots of local days out, National trusts, beaches and the Eden Project. Excellent local shops only seconds away. Owner was extremely helpful.
