Been to Cornwall many, many times. Was not aware of Par. It was lovely. We booked a week (6th to 13th Nov) at Le Dorney Villa. It’s a recently built property across two floors with one en-suite bedroom on the ground floor & two bedrooms on the first floor, with a separate bathroom and living room/kitchen. There is a double garage. Being newly constructed, means it’s very eco with an air source heat pump (which works really well), solar panels on the roof & batteries to keep running costs down. For us, an important consideration was the EV charger, as we drive an electric car. But perhaps the nicest factor in the property was the owner, Matt. He provided local information, places to visit and eat. Fantastic. And he owns the Par Inn!Weather was a bit poor during our stay, but we walked to Charlestown & back. Day trip to Fowey & Mevagissey. Excellent Sunday Lunch at The New Inn. Par Sands well worth a walk about. Everyone was friendly and welcoming. Just being Cornwall. Can’t recommend enough.

Wow what a 5 star cottage . Everything is perfect. The most comfiest beds we have ever slept in. The cottage is so convenient to everywhere. Even walking distance to fruit veg shop. Co-op . Just perfect. Matt the owner went above and beyond to make sure everything was okay and so helpful in advising places to visit etc. if I could give 10 stars I would. Thank you for letting us stay at your cottage. We had the best family holiday.

We came to Cornwall with our two adult sons for a wedding. The house was perfect for us - good location, really great size, and fantastic outside space. It has been built / renovated very recently and is absolutely immaculate! Everything feels new and clean and fresh. The rooms are ideally sized, and the bathrooms well equipped. The owners were really lovely, friendly and communicative and provided great recommendations and offers to help with anything we needed. Overall a wonderful stay and highly recommended.
