Guests generally appreciate the property's great location, comfortable accommodation, and thoughtful touches like Christmas gifts. The well-appointed kitchen and garden with a pizza shack are highlights. Some concerns about cleanliness and maintenance, such as an unclean BBQ and issues with the heating system, were noted, but these seem to be exceptions in a series of positive experiences.
The property received mixed feedback on cleanliness. While some guests found it clean and well-maintained, others reported issues with dust, cobwebs, and an unclean BBQ. The presence of dog mess in the garden was also mentioned. However, the positive comments suggest that the property is generally kept in good condition.
The location is highly praised, with guests enjoying the proximity to Rock beach, local amenities, and the quiet setting. The property serves as a great base for exploring North Cornwall, with a local pub within walking distance adding to the appeal.
Comfort is well-regarded, with guests appreciating the en-suite bedrooms, spacious living areas, and the property's suitability for guests with limited mobility. Some guests found the mattresses uncomfortable, but overall, the property is considered comfortable.
Facilities are generally good, with a well-equipped kitchen and garden pizza shack. However, there were several reports of maintenance issues such as a broken vacuum cleaner, heating problems, and a lack of cleaning materials. These issues detract from an otherwise positive assessment of the property's amenities.
Thoughtfulness is evident in the provision of Christmas gifts and a well-equipped kitchen. However, it should be noted that such gifts are a kind gesture and not guaranteed. The lack of a welcome pack with essentials like milk and tea was noted, but overall, guests felt well catered for.

The bungalow and garden were both lovely and our two cockapoos enjoyed the holiday as much as we did, especially in the fairly secure and private back garden. Just had an issue with one of the en-suite windows as the catch not working. Will definitely hope to return again next year though.

There were two of us in the party that use different walking aids and had no problem moving around the building, showering and going about our day. We had a problem and it was sorted out within an hour, excellent service. Would highly recommend this place to friends.
Denise
The bathrooms and kitchen would benefit from some towel rails and perhaps a hook or two for dressing gowns. Other than that it was perfect
