Cottage was really clean and comfortable and facilities brilliant. Location of cottage is wonderful, very quiet and peaceful area and close to Polzeath beach which we loved.

The house was clean and well equipped with parking for one car on the drive. Unfortunately the house is adjacent to quite a busy road and bus stop and was rather noisy at times. The rear garden was not very inviting due to the traffic noise. The provision of such items as bin liners, dishwasher tablets and hand wash should be reviewed as we would have expected there to be a standard necessity pack for these consumables. Other properties we have rented of which there are numerous come with an adequate supply.
