The cottage is nestled on a charming street, close to the beach and amenities within the quaint coastal retreat of Beer. The village showcases some of the most breathtaking coastal trails, along with unique shops, art galleries, and fine eateries from which to choose. A must when staying are the Beer Quary Caves and Pecorama where you can ride the steam trains, explore the railway exhibition and wander the lovely gardens. Under half a mile away lies the shingle beach, embraced by limestone cliffs, providing a truly beautiful setting. Less than 2 miles away you will find Seaton, the gateway to the Jurassic Coast World Heritage Site. Located within the stunning Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Seaton Beach stretches over a mile and offers water sports and activities for guests to get stuck into. The town boasts several noteworthy attractions, including the engaging Jurassic-themed Play Park, the Seaton Tramway, and the captivating Cliff Field Gardens and Labyrinth.
Stepping up into this homely retreat you will soon notice the idyllic blend of both character and contemporary features. The opening porch space is perfect to slip off those walking boots after a day of adventures and is where you will gain access to the rear enclosed garden. Venturing further into the home where you will discover the living area, which sits a comfortable corner sofa, along with three additional armchairs from which to enjoy your favourite films on the Smart TV. Heading back through beside the living space will bring you to a spacious kitchen/diner, which along with the utility room situated on the other side of the porch will provide all the appliances needed for a stress-free stay. The dining table is also found here and provides ample seating for all guests. Completing the lower floor is the downstairs shower room. Making your way up the stairway will bring you to the three bedrooms and additional family bathroom. The master bedroom is well equipped with a king-size bed and ample clothing space, whilst the second bedroom is fitted as a twin room with two single beds. The final bedroom is complete with a super-king zip and link, which can also be split into two twins upon request.
Making your way out from the initial porch space will take you to the rear enclosed garden. Take a few steps up and, relax on the outdoor seating provided and enjoy your choice of al-fresco dining or even some homely meats cooked up on the gas BBQ.
