Overall the cottage was suitable for our needs which included accommodating a dog. Perfect location for a daily walk to the beach which is approximately half a mile. Also convenient for a walk across the road to the Masons Arms which is a cosy pub serving good food and a decent selection of real ales from St Austell and Branscombe breweries.

Beautiful cottage alot of attention to design and detail. Everything in very good condition and some stuff I think new. Lots of crockery and dishes. Location was just what we were after and we were aware of the parking situation which was fine for us, but I can see for some would be tricky
