All apartments are on the first floor and are up two small flights of stairs
Please note Ladram Bay will not accept any parties under 25.
However, for couples under 25, sports groups, non-family and large group bookings please call to confirm and if accepted – a £50 security deposit per person will be required upon arrival. No stag or hen parties are permitted.
Please be aware over the weekend of 8th May 2020 Ladram Bay are housing a large sports group which consists of all family parties.

Caravan itself was lovely and very clean. Oven was quick to cook things! Knocked off a star due to lack of towel rail/rack or radiator in bathroom so had nowhere to store Towels when in use! Caravan was ideal for 3 of us staying but would've been a squeeze for 6 people (which is does sleep!)

Good caravan which was clean and well designed. The location of the caravan on the site is in a no thrills part and simply lined up with many others. The higher grade caravans do appear to be located in more attractive surroundings, however, that is not unreasonable given that you pay more. It's not really an issue but on warm days when I might want to sit outside or on a balcony then I'd appreciate the upgrade.
