Locate the ground-floor bathroom where you can choose between a long soak in the bath or a refreshing shower of a morning, all within easy access to the downstairs rooms. Moving through the property, you will find the living/dining room, where the open-plan space makes this room the social hub of the home, as you can snuggle up on the sofa after dining at the table together. The ground-floor is complete with a lovely twin bedroom, ideal for those with limited mobility, as they have the kitchen and the bathroom within easy reach. Travel up to the first floor to find another twin bedroom, with its relaxing ambiance to guarantee a peaceful space to rest your head; adjoining this room is a larger room with a double bed, also with a bright airy atmosphere. Enjoy dining alfresco at the table in the enclosed rear garden, perfect for warm summer weather, while your canine companion stretches their legs. If you fancy treating your family to an evening out, take a short stroll to The Salterton Arms, a stylish pub offering home-cooked meals. Better acquaint yourself with your surroundings and venture into the nearby shop to find all your essentials for your self-catering experience, perhaps pick up some popcorn too for a film night in with your family. Budleigh Salterton is renowned for its natural beauty so why not take advantage of the pebbled beach and soak in the stunning scenery of the cliffs in the distance, ranging from red sandstone to white chalk. Resting on the East Coast of Devon is the charming town of Budleigh Salterton, which is perched on the mouth of the clear waters of The River Otter. Forming an area of reed bed and grazing marsh, this River is of great importance for migratory birds and a fantastic spot for birdwatching. There is a two-mile stretch of a pebbled-beach, with a beach hut on the promenade for sun-seekers. The town offers an excellent high street for retail therapy as well as many eateries.
