Situated five rows back from the sea in Bay View Area, these Holiday Homes come complete with a private enclosed decked area. This new grading will offer a great accommodation package as well as some stunning views across the bay. No pets.

Please note Ladram Bay will not accept any parties under 25.
However, for couples under 25, sports groups, non-family and large group bookings please call to confirm and if accepted – a £50 security deposit per person will be required upon arrival. No stag or hen parties are permitted.
Please be aware over the weekend of 8th May 2020 Ladram Bay are housing a large sports group which consists of all family parties.

Lovely sea view from balcony - but beware of seagulls!Caravan was comfortable - our ensuite double bedroom was fine, but other 2 bedrooms were very small with little space for clothes etc.shower room was good. Kitchen/lounge was quite spacious, but no bath towels were provided only bedsheets.
