Welcome to the beautiful 42ft by 14ft 2022 Abi Sailmaker Diamond / Gold grade mini lodge, with complimentary WiFi.
The mini lodge is positioned in the extremely popular Gorse Hill with amazing sea views and parking next to the accommodation. The mini lodge is an easy 5 minute walk to the complex and the beach, yet it is in a very peaceful position, with a large grassy area to the front of the mini lodge. Pets are not allowed. We have full wrap around decking with comfortable patio furniture, so sit outside and enjoy the stunning views with a large glass or two. The mini lodge is entered via a lobby, great for leaving those shoes and coats. The door to the left, leads to the kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a 5 ring hob, fully integrated oven and microwave, fridge / freezer, dishwasher. The skylight adds additional light to the kitchen area. The cupboards are stocked well with all the crockery and cooking utensils you will need for your stay. The lounge is bright and comfortable with 2 sofas, one with a sofa bed, Bluetooth ceiling speakers, coffee tables, wall lights and dimmer switch and heating controls. There is a variety of DVD's and games available, for when the sun is not shining. There are large sliding patio doors leading to the large decking area and patio furniture. From the lobby, there is access to the 3 bedrooms and family shower room. The master bedroom has a king-sized ottoman style bed, USB ports, 32" TV with DVD player, fitted wardrobes, full length mirror and a good sized dressing area, with drawers and hairdryer. The master bedroom has an en-suite WC and basin. The largest twin room as full size single beds, TV with DVD player, wardrobe and drawers. The smaller twin has standard beds, good size wardrobe and drawers. The family shower room has a large walk in shower, WC, sink, skylight and generous storage.
On the eastern bank of the estuary of the River Exe, Exmouth has everything required by the visitor for a relaxing break. A thriving coastal town with a nationally renowned bird sanctuary, close to miles of sandy beaches, superb coastal walking, with everything for the fisherman and sailor, close to Exeter and with much to do and see - this all contributes to the town’s attraction. In addition to messing about on boats, lazing on the beach or taking the ferry up the estuary or to Dawlish Warren nature reserve, there’s always Crealy Park theme park, Bicton Park stately home and gardens, the Donkey Sanctuary at nearby Sidmouth, Woodbury Common, the cathedral city of Exeter, the Sandy Bay World of Country Life and the all absorbing Jurassic Coast with its famous fossil deposits stretching eastwards into Dorset. In terms of visitor attractions and coastal lifestyle you won’t find much better than Exmouth.
