About this property

Our beautiful caravan is fully gas centrally heated, double glazed with doors opening from the living room onto the wrap around gated veranda. There is a patio table and 6 chairs for you to enjoy the beautiful see view. The open plan living/dinning /kitchen is perfect for the family to enjoy leading to three bedrooms, bathroom with double shower and en suit to master bedroom.

This is the new style Swift Bordeaux Exclusive 2019.

LOUNGE: The new styled lounge has free standing furniture and sea views, 43 inch Full HD flat screen TV with Freeview & DVD, storage units and electric flame effect fire and built in blue tooth speakers.

KITCHEN & DINING AREA: Comes fully equipped with a built in full size fridge/freezer, slim line dishwasher, cooker, dual function microwave, toaster, kettle and all crockery and utensils. The dining area has free standing table and 6 chairs. We also provide an ironing board, iron and a vacuum cleaner for your use.

MASTER BEDROOM: The Master bedroom has a double bed, with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, dressing table and overhead storage. It also comes with a wall mounted 38 inch TV with Freeview & DVD player. There is room for a travel cot.

EN-SUITE TO MASTER BEDROOM: You also have the luxury of an additional toilet with basin, ideal for larger families.

BEDROOM 2: 2 single beds with fitted wardrobe and bedside table.

BEDROOM 3: 2 single beds with fitted wardrobe and bedside table. (The twin beds can be pushed together to form extra double if required)

BATHROOM & TOILET: The main bath room has a double shower with built in lightening, toilet and wash basin, over sink cupboard with mirror, light.

There is ample parking less than 20 meters from our caravan.

PLEASE NOTE: DUVETS & PILLOWS ARE PROVIDED, BUT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING YOUR OWN LINEN & TOWELS

CHECK IN: Check in is usually from 4.30pm with no need to queue for keys as keys are available at the caravan upon arrival, you will be notified the code to the key safe on the day of your arrival.

CHECK OUT: Check out will usually before 10am.

Bookings for Peak times are Friday to Friday, Out of these times we can be flexible with dates.

PAYMENTS: Full payment of the agreed amount is to be paid within eight (8) weeks of the date of your stay. If payment is not paid within eight (8) weeks, we reserve the right to offer the caravan to other parties and any deposits you have paid will be lost. In addition, a security deposit of £100 is required to cover any repairs in the eventuality of damage to the caravan or surroundings.

The security deposit will be refunded in full following confirmation from either the owner, or the contracted cleaner that no damage has been incurred during your stay.

For most facilities passes are required, PASSES ARE AVAILABLE DIRECT FROM HAVEN AT AN ADDITIONAL COST TO YOURSELF and can be purchased at the main Haven reception upon arrival.
