In an excellent seafront location, 100 yards from Exmouth sandy beach with sea views, this ground floor apartment is well equipped for 4. A perfect base close to the marina and to enjoy the seaside resort of Exmouth, or the East Devon Heritage Coast. There is walking, golf, fishing and water activities on offer in the area. Places to visit include A la Ronde (NT), Budleigh Salterton, Crealy Adventure Park and Exeter, The Jurassic Coast, South West Coastal Path, Sidmouth, Branscombe, Beer and Lyme Regis. Or why not take the ferry over the River Exe and enjoy the Dawlish Warren Nature Reserve or one of the riverside bars. There is also a popular seafood restaurant nearby. Shop and pub with food 50 yards, beach 100 yards.

We loved our stay here. Location is perfect; close to sea, bars and restaurant. Bed was comfortable and living room was light and airy and a good place to chill after a day outdoors. Main surfaces and areas are perfectly clean but, maybe because it’s the end of the season, some deep cleaning is due. Washer/dryer has seen better days but is in working order. It was good value for money and we would definitely return. I do think overall it could be taken up a notch to warrant 5 stars

Ideal location for us as we didn't bring the car. Everything is within easy walking distance. Great location. Close to beach, marina & 5 minute walk to town centre. Only problem was the shower which suddenly went from hot to cold, so had to be quick. Not a deal breaker as used the bath instead.
